GENERAL: | Apologies were given on behalf of Rev.Xaba (Presbyterian). Meetings: It was decided to try a different format for the meetings. We would meet weekly on Tuesdays at the Methodist Hall at 6 p.m. After a general opening, each portfolio would then go to various places in the hall to hold their own meetings. In this way if things needed to be discussed with the other portfolios they would be close at hand. If necessary we could then get together at the end, for important decisions that needed to be made.
