Midlands Peace Campaign.
‘If My people who are called by My Name, will humble themselves, and pray and seek My Face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and heal their land.’ That’s God’s promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14.”
We have had enough of the
crime and violence and know that the only way to put an end to it is to change
the hearts and minds of people, and the best way to do this is to bring them to
Jesus.
And so the Midlands Peace
Campaign was born.
Angus Buchan has been invited
to Estcourt from the 20th – 25th March 2001 to lead the
campaign, starting each night at 6:00pm. The first night will be at the Wembezi
Stadium and the remaining nights at Lambert Park.
The campaign has the support
of all the churches in the area and the organising team is drawn from these
churches.
Angus Buchan will bring his
team from the Shalom ministry, in Greytown, with all their equipment.
The local team will conduct
and advertising campaign throughout the Midlands and arrange a transport system
designed to bring 10,000 plus people to the meeting each evening.
While Angus Buchan and Shalom
ministries do not require any money for this and there will be NO ADMISSION
CHARGE to the campaign, or for the transport to the meetings, expenses will be
incurred and the organising team appeal for help and donations to meet these
expenses.
